Booking Information
Booking Durations
We offer flexible booking options to accommodate different project needs:
• Hourly Bookings: Minimum of 2 hours.
• Half‑Day Bookings: 4 hours, including meal and break times (unless otherwise agreed).
• Full‑Day Bookings: 8 hours, including meal and break times (unless otherwise agreed).
Deposits & Travel Expenses
To secure your booking:
• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
• The remaining 50% is due once the project is completed.
• Alternative payment terms may be arranged if agreed upon in writing.
• Travel outside Dubai (including other emirates or international destinations) will be billed separately.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation terms before booking:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date will incur a 100% charge.
• For confirmed travel bookings, cancellations must be made at least one week in advance; otherwise, the full booking fee will apply.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing, including those sent on weekends or public holidays.
Overtime
If a booking exceeds the agreed duration, overtime will be billed at 15% of the base rate per hour, or any portion of an hour.
Late Payments
Invoices not settled by the due date may be subject to a 9% monthly late fee based on the base rate.
